Christ the King

I was born and raised in High Point, North Carolina. I received a Bachelor Degree in Music Education form Wingate University and my Master Degree in Music Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I have also studied special education at UNC -Greensboro, Appalachian State University, and the College of St. Joseph. In North Carolina, I taught music and in the area of special education. I moved up to Vermont 9 years ago, and I presently reside in Hubbardton with my husband, Clive.

This will be my third year at Christ the King. I have really enjoyed being the instrumental instructor and getting to know the students. They have really grown as musicians. The CKS band has performed at the annual holiday concert, the 2007 Halloween Parade and various other occasions. I look forward to another exciting year with the students at CKS.
