Grade 1: Mrs. Suzanne Aquistapace
My name is Suzanne Aquistapace. I have been teaching first grade at Christ the King School for 13 years. My husband, Frank and I live in Rutland with our two sons, Zak, age 19 and Jordan, age 15. I enjoy spending time with my family and watching our sons play sports. My personal hobby is scrapbooking with friends.
My philosophy as a teacher is to provide a learning environment in the classroom, which allows each child to grow and develop the necessary skills to succeed in school. It is rewarding to see the growth of each child as the year progresses and is truly inspiring. Imagine entering first grade knowing only letter sounds and leaving be able to read and write. My goal is to have each child leave first grade with special memories and the skills necessary for second grade.
