Grade 6: Mrs. Mary Guggenberger
My name is Mrs. Mary Guggenberger and this will be my sixth year teaching at Christ the King School. I have lived in Vermont all of my life and now live in Clarendon with my husband and two children. I love to be outdoors and enjoy many sports, including running, biking, skiing, and snowboarding. I get very excited when the first snow arrives for the winter season because it means that my family and I will be spending time on the weekends together on the slopes.
This will be my third year teaching sixth grade in the middle school. Each year I learn something new about myself as a teacher from my students. That is one reason why I look forward to every new school year, so that I can connect with the students and parents as learn and share together. I encourage a student-centered classroom where students are inspired to learn in a fair and secure environment.
